What we collect
When you contact us or use Check My Chances we collect your name, phone number, email address where you provide one, and the exam details you enter — score or rank, category, quota, state and course preferences. We collect this because we cannot give you useful admission guidance without it.
We do not ask for financial account details, government identity numbers or any document not required for the counselling service you have asked for.
How we use it
To contact you about admissions and counselling, to produce your college possibilities and shortlist, and to deliver the counselling package you have purchased. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with colleges or third parties for their own marketing.
Saved colleges
Colleges you save on this site are stored in your own browser until you have an account. Clearing your browser data removes them, and they are not visible to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about an admission cycle, and counselling records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, to correct your details, or to delete your information, at any time, by contacting us through the Talk to Gandharva page. We will act on that request unless we are required to keep a record for legal reasons.
