Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Gandharva services.

Counselling packages
Counselling packages are a service delivered over the counselling cycle. The cancellation window, the proportion refundable once work has begun, and the point after which a package is non-refundable are commercial terms that Gandharva must set before taking payments. They will be stated here in full.
Student conversations
A booked conversation that the student cannot attend is either rescheduled or refunded in full. The notice period for a student to cancel or reschedule without losing the fee will be stated here.
What is never refundable through us
Any amount paid directly to a college or a counselling authority — tuition, registration fees, security deposits and similar — is governed by that organisation’s own refund rules. Gandharva neither holds nor refunds those amounts.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the Talk to Gandharva page with your name, registered phone number and the package or booking concerned. We will respond with a decision and, where a refund is due, process it to the original payment method.
